We needed to sale our neglected 25+ year old home. We worked with Drew at AustinREworks. He was very honest and knew the housing market. He was very detailed oriented. He remade our house into a new home without moving any walls and working with the flow of the rooms and 8’ ceilings. He replaced all the flooring with beautiful wood downstairs and carpet upstairs. Got rid of the popcorn ceiling. Reglazed the shower and tub. Painted all the walls. Replace all light fixtures, switches, and ceiling fans. In the kitchen he painted the cabinets and put in granite countertops. These are just a couple of things that was done. He advised us on where to spend our money to get the most return on our investment. When they were finished, this house looked like a brand new house. The work was professional done.
